Returns & Refunds Policy – TileAds

At TileAds, we take pride in delivering professional, affordable business setup services to help you launch and grow with confidence. As our offerings are service-based and digitally delivered, we operate under the following refund policy:


🔧 Service Scope & Customisation

Each TileAds package is tailored to meet the specific needs of your business. Once work has commenced—including consultation, ABN registration, branding, web setup, or any other included services—all payments are non-refundable.


💰 Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. Because our time and resources are allocated to your business from the outset, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you choose to cancel your project before any work has commenced, please contact us immediately at info@tileads.net for assessment. Refunds may be approved at our discretion if no service hours or digital assets have been delivered.


🛠️ Change of Mind / Adjustments

We understand that business needs can evolve. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we're always happy to discuss adjustments or upgrades to your package. Just reach out — we’re here to support your goals.
