Terms of Service – TileAds Australia Pty Ltd

Welcome to TileAds. By using our services, website, or any materials provided by TileAds Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 58 096 124 346), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Overview of Services

TileAds provides comprehensive business setup services including, but not limited to:

  • ABN registration and business name setup

  • Branding and logo creation

  • Website development (e.g. Shopify)

  • Social media account setup and digital marketing support

  • Email setup and domain registration

These services are offered as custom packages or as part of predefined plans.

2. Client Responsibilities

By entering into an agreement with TileAds, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your business setup

  • Respond promptly to communication for service delivery timelines

  • Supply any requested assets (e.g. images, logos, product descriptions) in a timely manner

TileAds is not liable for delays caused by missing or incomplete client-provided content.

3. Payments and Billing

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any package.

  • The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery or agreed completion milestones.

  • All invoices are issued by TileAds Australia Pty Ltd and are payable in AUD.

  • Payments must be made to the banking details provided on the official quote or invoice.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our customised, service-based work, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, website designs, and marketing materials created by TileAds are the intellectual property of the client once full payment has been received. TileAds retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio.

6. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the TileAds website or systems. All content on this site (text, images, graphics) is the property of TileAds and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TileAds is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses including loss of sales, missed deadlines, or third-party software failures (e.g. Shopify, domain registrars). We are committed to delivering in good faith and with due diligence.

8. Privacy

Your personal and business information will be handled with care and only used to provide services as outlined. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if obligations are not met. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By engaging our services, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
